At ManorJyotish.Com, we aim to make cancellations and refunds simple.
Cancellation
You can cancel a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by emailing support@manorjyotish.com or through our booking portal. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. No refunds are available after a session is completed or for no-shows.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session, you’ll receive a full refund or an option to reschedule. Technical issues during virtual sessions may qualify for partial refunds.
